Shift is proposing to improve the design of IA250's logo and website, and to partner on a campaign to unite the Irish diaspora across the United States for a special moment in time, and beyond.

Shift is the world's first Cultural Network - an app for the 70M+ global Irish to find and meet IRL (in-real-life). Shift is in the process of relaunching the web directory (May 2026), for further discoverability and distribution.
Interactive Directory of everything Irish from Irish pubs to artists, organizations, and much more. Find what's nearby wherever you're looking for a welcoming pint or a close-knit community.
Irish events, around the world, from Riverdance shows to local sessions, friendly get-togethers to large festivals. Know who's going, and keep connections alive, beyond that first IRL interaction.
A digital platform that encourages and rewards true in-real-life activity and connection - shared interests, social gatherings, professional networking and for those looking for that special person.
Organizers can connect with attendees, find partners, sponsors, and performers. Turn attendees into members, and one-time events into long-lasting connected communities.
Shift was born in Washington DC, and its primary focus is the 34M+ self-identifying Irish in America.
Irish America 250 provides the opportunity for Shift to support and celebrate the enormous impact the Irish has had, and continues to have on the United States of America.
This collaboration will be rapid and dynamic, leading up to Independence Day celebrations in July, with no reliance of IA250 on Shift's platform beyond this initial engagement.
In collaboration with 3Advance, Shift will improve and refine the IA250 logo, then redesign and relaunch IrishAmerica250.org for the following outcomes:
- Appeal to a wider audience, both young and old.
- Improved accessibility across mobile and web.
- Improved SEO (search-engine optimization)
and LLMO (optimization/discoverability from ChatGPT etc.)
- Easier content management for events, articles, video, etc. by IA250 team.
- Basic style-guide and Brand Kit created on Canva.
The website will be developed and deployed to Framer and we will provide CMS (content management system) training for IA250 team.

Shift is proposing the use of our satellite events platform to host a joint marketing and awareness campaign for Irish America 250. The Shift platform will publicize and support Irish pubs in joining together and raising a glass to the United States' 250th anniversary and the impact of Irish Americans in the success of the nation.
Shift will Provide:
- Social, newsletter and in-network promotion of the event.
- A landing page with fullscreen map to show Irish pubs hosting toasts across the country.
- For any pub-owners (and patrons) to sign-up for hosting (or joining) a national toast:
- Poster: Downloadable, auto-customized poster to print and display in pub.
- Social: Auto-created, pub-customized images to share on social.
- For IA250 admin:
- Email template: one-click email app-opener to send customized message to pubs.
- Email addresses and contact numbers for flagship pubs.
- Emails collected from pub and patron submissions, and checkins from Shift app.
IA250 will Provide:
- Social, newsletter and other promotion of the event.
- Personal communication and onboarding of flagship pubs.
- Content, language and imagery.
Paying homage to the great history of Irish Americans, and setting a path forward for a collaborative future for the Irish American community.
